My internship journey at NBRI starts on 13 February 2023. At first, it was planned to last for three months. In these three months, I researched the performance of a battery pack with no prior knowledge about how to perform the test at the beginning. However, I gained the knowledge through hands-on experience from the staff to succeed in this research. At first, I thought my internship would only revolve around this research.

But, later, I got many other opportunities that helped me enhance my understanding of battery standardization, electric vehicles, and policies. One of them was the opportunity to join the NEDO Project. My task is to conduct interviews with the 2W-EVs user. Through this activity, It helped me enhance my confidence and communication skills. It also allows me to understand more about two-wheel electric vehicles (2W-EV), the batteries, especially with the swapping system, and the user behavior.

I also got involved with other events, whether held by the NBRI or various partners. Those activities make me happy because I never thought I could join them. Later, after the first three months, I am very excited to be able to extend my internship duration for a total of six months. With this, I am glad to help to succeed in NBRI's most prestigious event, International Battery Summit 2023.

In the end, I want to say thank you to Prof. Dr. Rer. nat. Evvy Kartini, the founder of NBRI, and Prof. Alan J. Drew, the co-founder of NBRI, for giving me this valuable opportunity. I also want to thank all NBRI staff members and fellow interns who always supported me and helped me create memorable experiences.
