International Conference on Battery for Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicles (ICB-REV) 2021

From June 22 to June 24, the National Battery Research Institute (NBRI) successfully held the International Conference on Battery for Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicles 2021 (ICB-REV2021). This event is sponsored by PT. Telkom Indonesia as the main sponsor, PT. Komatsu Indonesia, ESQ and KGC Scientifict as other sponsors. The event was successfully attended by various participants from all over the world. ICB-REV 2021 also invited the Nobel laureate, Prof. Wittingham which provides classes related to battery. He was unable to attend in person due to the time difference between Indonesia and the USA and also because he was no longer young.

ICB-REV 2021 was opened by the Head of BRIN 2021, namely Dr. Laksana Tri Handoko who delivered the opening speech and plenary. Then followed by a speech from the founder of NBRI, Prof. Dr. rer nat Evvy Kartini. ICB-REV 2021 invites speakers from various worlds such as from USA, UK, Australia, Japan, Thailand, etc. In addition to a series of plenary speakers from world-class experts, ICB-REV 2021 also provides an opportunity for several participants to make presentations related to the proposed study paper.

Participants who make presentations during the event are also given the privilege to publish their papers to international journals indexed by Scopus AIP in accordance with the given provisions. After the paper is submitted to the Easy Chair application, the paper is then given to the reviewer who will then provide input if there are things that need to be revised. If deemed appropriate, then the paper will get a recommendation to be published to the AIP proceedings.
